Our Story

FaultGuard was born from a simple question: what if every technician on your team could diagnose equipment problems like a 30-year veteran — on their first day?

We combined Bayesian inference with practical field maintenance workflows to create a diagnostic engine that thinks the way experienced technicians think. It considers symptoms, weighs probabilities, and guides the user to root cause through the most efficient path possible.

But FaultGuard isn't just a diagnostic tool. It's a knowledge preservation system. Every diagnosis, every confirmed root cause, every repair feeds back into equipment-specific models that get smarter over time. When your best technician retires, their expertise stays.
